By using wanderon.com (herin after to be referred to as "wanderon" or "the site"), you agree to and agree to abide by any and all of the terms of use set out below or as updated from time to time. Wanderon.com is operated by BCT Limited (a limited company registered in Ireland) and we reserve the right to make modifications to these terms and conditions at any time and without notice to users. These terms and conditions are hereafter to be referred to as the "Agreement". Where we deem you to be in breach of any of the terms of this "Agreement", we reserve the right to terminate service to you at any time.
Definition of Service
The term "service" shall refer to the internet pages, data, screens, documentation, photos, maps and any other information that that is delivered and asseccible through the wanderon website(s). "Service" shall also include any communications or emails send by us, or our agents, and any advertising content served by us or any third party.
Through your use of the site, we will collect both personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information, which we will use to provide a richer experience to you. This is done by targeting relevant content. The service may also include advertising that may be of interest to you, by using wanderon, you agree to recieve these.
You understand and adree that we will assume no responisbility for deletion, timliness or failure to store any and all data on your behalf. You further aggree that we bear no responsibility for any loss or liability resulting for the use, inability to use or otherwise of this service.
The srive is provided for your personal use only and it is not to be used for any commercial use or gain.
We may modify or terminate our service at any time and without notice without any liability to you or any third party.
Content Ownership and permission
Where areas of our site allow you to upload any content (images, text, videos, etc), you agree that any and all content that you upload is your sole responsibility (and that you have the right to upload it for public display and use) and that wanderon has no responsibility in it. Additionally, wanderon are not liable for any errors, ommissions or accuracy in said content. Where content uploaded by you is deemed to be unsuitable by us (consisting of but not limited to any of the following : contains copyright infringement,content of a vulgar, profane, or sexual nature, consisting of an abuseive or racist nature, or offence material, inciting hatred, involves the transmission of junkmail or similar, involves commercial activity, etc) we reserve the right to remove the content at our disgression and if deemed necessary, to ban you from using the site.
By uploading content to wanderon, you are granting us a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-terminatable licence to to use, modify, copy, display in public and otherwise employ this content. You will receive no payment for this, and furthermore you agree to allow third parties to view, display and or store this content for personal use.
You guarantee that you own the content or have full rights to publish the content, and will not infringe on copyright. Where you upload content in error that you do not have rights to do so, you will remove this content immediatly.
Access to the site is therough the means of userID (your email address) and a password, it is your responsibility to keep both of these safe and private. wanderon will not be held reponsible for anyone else accessing your account without your permission. If it becomes apparent that this has happened we will do our upmost to cease access to them, however it is your responsibility to keep your logon and password secret and to change your password periodically as may required to protect it.
Privacy Policy
At wanderon, the privacy of your information is one of our primary concerns. To that end, any information that we gather through your use of wanderon will be held by us in the strictest of confidence and will not be passed on to third parties. We will do our best to ensure the privacy and integrity of this data and will only use it to enhance your experience of using wanderon.

By registering and using wanderon, you will provide personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, date of birth, hometown and email address. Your name and hometown will be publically displayed on your homepage, but your email address will only be used by us for sending notifications to you (only where you are subscribed to them) or to send you password reminders when requested. We may use third party advertisers to provide advertising content on any parts of the site. Such advertisers may use cookies to provide these ads to you and to track these ads. Please note that this privacy policy does not cover the collection and use of information by these advertisers.
Disputes betweeen members
You have sole responsibility for your interactions with other users of wanderon both on and off the site. As such, wanderon will not become involved in any disputes that may arise between members.
However, where you feel you are being bullied, abused or harassed on-line, please use the 'report abuse' buttons available on any of the screens to report this and will will investigate the issue promptly. Where another member has been found to be abusing these terms of use (through abusive or threatening behaviour etc) we will take action, which may include banning that member from the site immediatly.
Disclaimer
You understand and agree that the Service is provided "as is", without warrany and with no guarantee of availability. Occasionally the site will be unavailable for maintence and/or updates and we will accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to you arising from use of the site.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change, modify and update these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. As such, it is your responsibility to be familiar with them at all times. If you do not accept the terms of this agreement, you use should not use wanderon.
